We are an artists’ studio dedicated to the creation of limited-edition works – spanning archival fine art prints, books, and collectibles – each crafted with an unwavering focus on rarity, intention, and lasting value.

3. WHAT IS A LIMITED-EDITION FINE ART PRINT?
A limited-edition fine art print carries the artist’s promise, an agreement that each size is bound to a fixed number, never to be exceeded. Once each fine art print finds its home, the edition gently closes, preserving its rarity. This exclusive nature of limited-edition art prints is desirable for collectors as supply is limited and enhances the value of the art print.
4. ARE THE FINE ART PRINTS SIGNED BY THE ARTISTS?

While the artist’s hand does not grace the fine art print itself, each limited-edition fine art print arrives with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity card, personally hand-signed by the artist – a quiet seal of origin and reverence. This card serves as a testament to the artist’s work and distinction, detailing the story of the piece and ensuring its authenticity.
5. WHAT ARE THE FINE ART PRINTS MADE FROM?
Each of our fine art prints is a testament to the timeless fusion of technology and artistry, brought to life with exquisite precision through the Giclée (pronounced ‘zhee-clay’) printing method. Whether on museum-grade cotton rag or professional top-grade canvas, we print using the very latest Canon PROGRAF PRO6100, paired with the 12 colour LUCIA EX ink system – premium archival inks designed to capture every detail with remarkable clarity and depth. This expanded colour spectrum not only reveals extraordinary nuance in tone and shadow, but also delivers enhanced scratch resistance and beautifully smooth graduations across every fine art print.
Whether on cotton rag or canvas, each fine art print is brought to life with a quiet richness and depth that honours the original work. Tone and texture unfold with remarkable subtlety, revealing every detail of the original work. The result is a work of art that not only captures the artist’s vision with unparalleled clarity but also radiates timeless beauty.
Both mediums are designed for museum-grade archival permanence, with the archival inks offering fade resistance that lasts for over 100 years under proper display conditions, ensuring that these artworks retain their vibrancy and beauty for generations to come.

6. DO YOU VARNISH YOUR CANVAS FINE ART PRINTS?
Yes, every giclée canvas we produce is carefully finished to honour both the artwork and its longevity. To preserve every piece for generations, we apply a museum-grade protective coating using a HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure) spray system with premium Breathing Color Glamour II Varnish.
This varnish is delicately diluted with distilled water to a “whole milk” consistency, resulting in a fine, mist-like application that settles evenly across the surface without disturbing the fine art details or natural texture of the canvas.
Using a precision spray gun, the coating is applied in a wide, controlled fan-pattern, allowing for a smoother and more consistent finish. Layered in both horizontal and vertical passes, this process achieves a complete, even coverage and results in a refined satin finish that enhances colour depth while reducing glare from every angle.
Beyond its visual elegance, this archival varnish acts as a protective barrier – acting as a powerful UV inhibitor and moisture barrier that helps preserve the integrity of the artwork, protecting it from fading and yellowing over time.

11. WHERE DO THE FINE ART PRINTS SHIP FROM?
Each artwork is printed and meticulously prepared for its journey to you in collaboration with one of Australia’s leading fine art print specialists. From their Sydney studio, every piece is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care, ensuring it arrives exactly as intended.
12. DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
At present, we do not offer framing. We are thoughtfully seeking a framer whose craftsmanship truly reflects the same uncompromising standard and care as our fine art prints. This level of quality, while essential to honour the artwork, also brings with it significant costs – particularly when considering the care, shipping and insurance required to deliver framed pieces safely.
In the meantime, we recommend having your artwork framed locally. This approach not only offers a more cost-effective solution, but also ensures your piece can be handled with care, close to home. We are always happy to provide guidance or recommendations to help you find a trusted framer within your area.
13. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP?
Shipping costs vary and are determined by the size x weight x destination.

All custom and oversized art print orders are made with special care and require a tailored quote, crafted just for you.
14. HOW ARE THE FINE ART PRINTS SENT?
We entrust your fine art print order to a selection of couriers, chosen carefully by size and destination, ensuring it travels safely to your delivery destination. Once on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
To protect your investment, all packages require a signature on delivery. Should you choose to waive this with an “authority to leave” please understand that Tout Près Art cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft thereafter.
15. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our fine art prints are sold on a made-to-order basis, everything is hand-made locally. Our production time frame to meticulously produce and securely pack your chosen fine art print can vary, with unframed fine art prints taking approximately 5-7 business days before your order is despatched.
16. WHAT IF MY FINE ART PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
At Tout Près Art, every fine art print is handled with the utmost care when being placed into the premium reinforced mailing tubes. Before each piece embarks on its journey, it is thoroughly inspected to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
For fine art print only orders, your fine art print is delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer.
In the rare event your order is damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement.
Should your package arrive with visible signs of damage or tampering, insist that this is noted with the courier / carrier before signing for your order.
To assist with any return, we require clear photo evidence of the damage to the exterior packaging and clear photo evidence of the damage to the fine art print.
Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged fine art print.
Please send all Damaged Return Claims to the return email address provided in your order confirmation email and clearly state the order number with a detailed description of the damage, so we can tend to your concerns promptly.
17. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
All our fine art prints are made-to-order, thoughtfully crafted just for you. As every fine art print is custom made, we’re unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. We kindly encourage you to choose carefully before placing your order. Please note that all sales are final, and we thank you for your understanding.
18. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Each fine art print begins its journey the moment the order is placed and is sold on a made-to-order basis. As such, orders may not be cancelled once production has begun or 24 hours have passed since placing your order. If you’re unsure or need to check on the status of your order, please reach out to us urgently, we’re here to help.
